How do I see all of the events happening at the JCC?

Our event schedule is available online. Majority of our conventions, exhibition, and public event are listed, but private banquets and meetings are typically not along with events that our clients prefer to be kept confidential. The online calendar is updated regularly and provides a good overview of major event activity taking place in our facility.
Can we provide our own food and beverage for our event at the facility?

Our function rooms are licensed premises, and all food and beverage services must be exclusively supplied by the Jakarta Convention Center. Food and beverage products may not be brought in from outside.

No. All parking at GBK area is managed by PPK-GBK authority.

Yes we have ATM Center located at our Main Lobby Terrace.

We have Café Gelatik open for public and regarding to concessions schedule and availability are subject to each event.
Do you have Wi-Fi available?

Yes! Wi-Fi is available throughout all public areas of the building. Wi-Fi that is required in the auditorium, ballroom, meeting rooms, and exhibit halls needs to be arranged through Biznet.
Do you have a reception / concierge service?

Yes, our reception desk is located in administration offices on the first floor and is open Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 hrs.
